Lava Iris Pro 30 launched at Rs. 15,999

Lava mobiles has launched new smartphone Lava Iris Pro 30 and it is now available in both physical and electronic store shelves. Lava Iris Pro 30 Price is placed at Rs 15,999 and it is targeting players like Micromax as well as Gionee. The company uses magnesium alloy body and has Content Adaptive backlight control screen brightness regulation technology. According to the source, this handset comes in Black color with silver metal bezel. Moreover, this handset comes pre-loaded with LAVA Zone, Twitter, Facebook, MX Player and more.

This smartphone sports a 4.7 inch HD IPS display based on OGS technology and Corning Gorilla glass protection. The phone is maintaining a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels along with a pixel density of 312 ppi. The company states that the display used in the phone is from Japanese LCD manufacturer Sharp. On the software front, it offers Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and comes with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. This system is also backed with PowerVR SGX 544 GPU. In terms of storage, this Lava phone has 4GB of internal storage and external memory can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. There is also 1GB RAM memory to support the processor. This smartphone is also equipped with a 2,000mAh battery that claims to deliver a good enough talk time of 4.5 hours on 3G and 7.5 hours on 2G and standby time of 400 hours on 2G and 3G.

At the rear, there is an 8 megapixel Autofocus camera supported with dual LED Flash and Blue glass filter. It also has a 3 megapixel front-facing camera to make video calls. Well, the phone supports 1080p video recording and playback. It is measured with body dimensions of 138 × 66.7 × 7.5 mm and weighs around 114 grams. The device is OTG-enabled that allows the phone to directly read data from pen drives and also capable to receive inputs from the keyboard or mouse. The phone has 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. It has connectivity features like 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB.
