Through a campaign named Ray Refresh Campaign, the consumers will be contacted through mail as well as phone calls to replace the affected part. The company has stated that it will replace the handlebar of this automatic scooter with free of cost through the company’s dealership networks across the country. So, the customers are strongly advised to get touch with the company's dealers for the replacement of the handlebar which may take not more than two hours.
