The very first commuter bike from the Indian based motor-cycle maker, LML Bikes have recently rolled out the all new LML Freedom LS in the Indian two-wheeler arena. Its Freedom was discontinued as there was plummeting sales. Now, the manufacture has decided to re-launch it in a new avatar. The Freedom was launched in 2002 for the first time. However, the mediocre design and discontent among the consumers from the service feedback, were the prominent reasons for it to unable to sustain in front of the brands like Bajaj and Hero Honda. Now, the maker has brought it with new and modern features along with advanced technology and equipments. LML Freedom LS Price has been kept Rs. 49,410 whereas its DX version comes with a price tag of INR.49,750 (All Prices Ex-Showroom, New Delhi). As far as the price is concerned, LML has really taken care of the coast conscious buyers of the country.

The LML Freedom LS has a mono-cylinder, 4 stroke engine with 109.15 cc displacement. The air-cooled and twin valve per cylinder engine dishes out a maximum power out put of 8.5 bhp at 7750 rpm whereas it comes with a peak torque out put of 8.5 Nm at 5000 rpm. Such power and torque output is sent to the back wheel via a belt to a 4 speed manual gear box. This gearbox is comes with a gear-shift pattern of one gear down and rest gears up and the gear-shifting of this motor has been laid quite smooth and cursive. As far as the mileage of this new launched bike is concerned, it delivers a mileage of approx 55 kmpl in city conditions and 65 kmpl on long revs. The mileage of the bike is also attractive. The front suspension of the bike is loaded with Hydraulic Telescopic Forks 100 mm Stroke whereas it shows Adjustable 5-Step Chrome Plated Helical Springs to adduce the riders a journey with a lot of safety and will not let them feel any bump and jerk on different conditioned roads. In terms of speed, this two-wheeler leads the race by getting a top speed of 95 kmph and has the capacity to clear the speed of 0-60 kmph in less than 10 seconds as expected.
