Honda CB Trigger Vs Yamaha Fazer-A Face off Knock

The fray has been commenced between Honda Bikes and its arch rival Yamaha Bikes as both have brought their latest bikes from their stables to have a face-off knock. Honda CB Trigger, a well developed two-wheeler, equipped with an advanced technology. On the other hand, Yamaha Fazer, a complete commuter from the tried and trusted maker of Japan. Let us have a microscopic view of these latest bikes and try to find out what exactly they have to offer to their fans.

Honda CB Trigger Price is one of its major features. One only has to loosen up his pocket up to INR. 67,400 to own this bike. However, to become the owner of the other bike one has to pay more than the previous one. As Yamaha Fazer Price starts from 76,700 and goes up to 11,00,000 (All the prices are Ex-Showroom, New Delhi). Honda CB Trigger houses a twin-valve, 1 cylinder engine with a displacement of 149.1 cc. The air-cooled and 4 stroke engine scoops out a maximum power out put of 13.81 bhp at 8500 rpm whereas a peak torque production of 12.5 Nm at 6500 rpm.
On the other hand, Yamaha Fazer boasts an air-cooled, four-stroke, 153 cc engine. The 2 valve and SOHC engine scoops out an utmost power out put of 14 bhp at 7500 rpm and a peak torque production of 14 Nm at 6000 rpm. Both the engines are mated to a 5 speed manual transmission. As far as the mileage of both the bikes are concerned, then the Trigger is going to win the race by delivering a mileage of 45 kmpl in city and 60 kmpl on long revs. However, the Fazer ends up by giving a low fuel-consumption of just 36 kmpl in city conditions and 45 kmpl on highways.

Yamaha Fazer has an impressive braking system too as it shows 267 mm Hydraulic Disc at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The suspension system is being powered by telescopic forks and mono-cross at the rear. The top speed of the bike is 132 kmph and clear the mark of 0-60 kmph in less than 6 seconds. Here, it goes a mile away by achieving such acceleration.
Honda CB Trigger is packed with a very powerful braking system with 240 mm Disc at the front and 200 mm Disc at the rear for a ride with a lot of safety irrespective of the conditions of the roads. The suspension system of this bike is also notable as it has telescopic forks at the front and mono-shock at the rear for more comfortable rides every time. The speed of the bike is blazing as it achieves the top speed of 110 kmph and clears the distance of 0-60 kmph I just 6 seconds. Yamaha has also launched gearless scooter named YamahaRay Z with a pricetag of 48,555.
