Sony Xperia Ion comes with a dual core 1.5 GHz processor

Sony mobiles is currently busy in adding innovative smartphones in this Xperia series lineup. Earlier at CES, the Sony mobiles has introduced a flagship Android smartphone named Sony Xperia Ion. The Sony's Xperia series of smartphone comes with advanced technology which has a lot of success in the smartphone segment. The device comes with stunner looks as it has a rich plastics and a large glossy black front. The device has introduced with a brand new service called PlayStation Mobile where the users can pick up games on select Android devices. The device went on sales in the month of June and still getting huge response for its innovative technology. Currently, the Sony Xperia Ion price in India is Rs. 35,920. Talking of size, the device comes with dimensions of 133 x 68 x 10.8 mm and weighs 144 grams, which will comfortably fit in the users hand. Users can enjoy watching videos and playing games on its 4.55 inches LED backlit capacitive touchscreen display which comprises of a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. To ensure an effective performance, the display also features with a multi touch input method up to four fingers, a protective scratch resistant Corning Gorilla glass display, Sony Mobile BRAVIA engine and touch sensitive controls. It is also powered by TouchWiz UI v4.0 which will assure a customizable home screen. The device looks sporty in exciting red and black colors. Ti is quite intresting to discuss, as the mobile phone comes with 13.2 GB internal memory where user can store the required data. In additional to this, it also has an external memory slot that can be expandable up to 32GB via microSD memory card.
