LG Optimus L7 a midrange smartphone with affordable price

The smartphone war in the mid range segment just got interesting with the LG Optimus L7. This device is considered as one of the most affordable mid range smartphone in the mid range segment. The device comes with some of the sounding features in it that worth for the money you spend on this device. The phone is powered by 1GHz processor with 512MB RAM that is enough for various applications to work flawlessly or seamlessly. Most important thing about the phone is that it got the latest Android v4.0 ICS operating system that enhances the phone’s ability. The appearance of the phone is quite amazing with sleek, slim and rich design. Its thickness is just about 8.7mm, which makes it one of the slimmest smartphones available in the market. You can play various forms of games and use various applications on the bigger screen without any issues because of the powerful processor.

When it comes to the screen, it comes with IPS screen, which is about 4.3 inch in size and has the screen resolution of about 480 x 800 pixels. The quality of the display and its graphics simply got better because of the Adreno graphic processing unit. The color variation of about 16 million colors will add to the GPUs performance in producing images with spectacular quality. Its display is the main advantage of the phone that elevates it as the high end mobile phone. However, its camera of just about 5MP may not impress you for the price it comes. However, it is integrated with auto focus and LED flash that helps the device capture good quality images and record VGA quality videos even in the dark lighting condition. However, it may not help you to watch high definition videos because of the poor resolution and not-so-latest GPU. But still you can watch good quality videos with 3D surround sound as the phone comes with Dolby Digital Sound Enhancement system.

LG Optimus L7 features are far better than other devices in its price segment but the tough competition from Samsung and Apple may not help company to reach its sales target. The company can still attract customers with the appearance of Optimus L7. The new LG Optimus L7 pictures are quite impressive as it looks rich with metallic finish on the edges. As it is one of the slimmest devices, it will definitely receive orders from the smartphone market. LG Mobiles is hoping high on this ICS powered smartphone but it needs to tackle with the heavy demand for Samsung and Apple devices in the market. Considering all the sounding features and specifications LG Optimus L7 price should be around Rs. 15,000/-, which would be competitive. I shared that Sony Xperia Ion comes with a dual core 1.5 GHz processor.
