Samsung Galaxy S III Features with a 1.4GHz quad-core processor, S Beam: All Share Play and cast, 4.8 inches on Super Amoled capacitive touchscreen, 8 MP rear camera, GPS, Android 4.0 and Touchwiz Nature UX. This device runs on Samsung's new Exynos 4 Quad processor, which as the name suggests has a quad-core CPU clocked at 1.4GHz. Coming in terms of memory, the Galaxy S III has 1GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB of internal memory, The effective feature in the device is there is also a MicroSD card slot on the phone and it has access through MTP.
