Maruti Ertiga dispatched to pan India dealerships

India’s leading auto maker Maruti Suzuki India is leaving no stone unturned to set up a perfect launch for its much awaited MPV Maruti Ertiga. Auto portals are buzzing with new details of this MPV. Auto industry sources have revealed that Maruti Ertiga has started arriving at the doorsteps of Maruti dealerships throughout the country. Maruti Ertiga price in India is anticipated to be tagged between Rs. 6.5 lakh to Rs. 9.5 lakh (Ex- showroom price). Maruti Ertiga would be available with both diesel car and petrol car versions in 6 different variants namely, LXi, LDi, VXi, VDi, ZXi and ZD.

Maruti Ertiga pictures flaunt the stylish looks of this MPV. Experts hint that the exteriors of this MPV are based on the same platform as that of Maruti Ritz hatchback car. Maruti Ertiga review suggests that the MPV has been vigilantly designed and jam packed with load of features and attributes. The petrol version of this MPV boasts of a 1.4 liter power train of Maruti’s latest K Series with variable valve timing (VVT) technology. On the other hand, the diesel version would sport a 1.3L multijet turbo diesel engine with DDiS (Direct Diesel Injection System) with a displacement of 1248 cc.

Maruti Ertiga would also be the 1st diesel MUV to be launched by Maruti Suzuki India. It would be powered by hi-tec petrol as well as diesel engines mated to a manual transmission gearbox. The company was postponing the launch of this MPV due to the speculations of an additional diesel duty. After the Union Budget, Maruti Suzuki India has accelerated the pre-launch process of Maruti Ertiga. The brand building campaign has been top-class and the utility vehicle has been christened as a Life Utility Vehicle (LUV). Maruti fans are eager to witness Maruti’s debut into the utility cars segment. Much awaited cars like Volkswagen Jetta, Chevrolet Captiva, Tata Safari Storme etc. are lined up for launch in the near future. I recently discussed about Maruti Swift hatchback gets 'Car of the Year' award and Renault launches Fluence E4 D.
