Samsung, one of the world's leading mobile manufacturer, has set out its first smartphone Samsung Galaxy Beam with build-in projector at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) held in Barcelona going to be launch for the Asian markets in the month of May 2012. The Samsung Galaxy Beam price in India is still unknown but it is expected to range between Rs.25000 to Rs.35000 as per the information. Although the exact date of the release is not yet disclosed by the company. Samsung has added a new revolution in the mobile world with the addition of this new projector smartphone in the other Samsung Mobiles available in India.
Samsung Galaxy Beam features 15 lumens projector that allows users to freely share photos, videos or other digital media instantly and in crisp clarity up to 50-inch wide, even in outdoor environments. It is powered by 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Samsung Galaxy has dual cameras with a 5MP autofocus camera with resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels and 1.3MP secondary camera. Samsung Galaxy Beam has a brilliant 4.0 inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and 16M colors combination. It has an internal memory of 8GB with 32GB of external memory support.
Samsung Galaxy Beam is powered by a Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery giving a long battery back-up to the phone. The Samsung Galaxy Beam has a size of 64.2 x 124 x 12.5mm weighing 145.3g proving to be world’s slimmest projector smartphone.
