Volvo S60, S 80 and XC60 gets D3 turbodiesel engine

It just seems that driven by the motto ‘Designed Around You’, the Swedish Car maker, Volvo may just manage to create a space for themselves in the premium car segment which at the moment is rule by the three major players, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Audi. Though Volvo India is not managed to make an impact on the Indian consumers so far but you never know this time it just looks like they have planned it really lucratively for the Indian audiences.

The three main thing that are clicking with the Indian customers these days is a diesel engine, impressive mileage and competitive pricing, the Volvo models  Volvo S60 D3, Volvo S 80 D3 and Volvo XC60 D3  launched on Wednesday has them all. Let us discuss in detail, realizing that they have to do something different to garner a good sales figure Volvo India has decided to launch all new cheaper base model for its three models the Luxury sedans Volvo S60 D3, Volvo S 80 D3 and SUV Volvo XC60 D3. But the real catch here is the fact that these models are not just cheaper in the pricing but they are also high on performance. For example the Volvo S 80 D3 price is fixed at Rs 31.99 Lakh when it is clocking a mileage of 17.8 KMPL.

So, one can enjoy a pleasant, allergy-free ride on this sedan. Also Volvo S 80 newly designed interior promises more luxury and comfort.
