Force unveils 4x4 variant of One SUV at Auto Expo 2012

Force Motors India, the undisputed king of commercial vehicle manufacturer in India, is working hard to make its presence felt in the passenger car segment. In step forward company has launched its only sports utility vehicle Force One in the Indian auto industry. Now at the grand eve of 11th Edition 2012 Auto Expo, Force motors has unveiled the 4x4 variant of Force One SUV. The new variant of SUV is powered by the same Daimler AG sourced 2.2 L diesel power mill which belts out 140 BHP of maximum power and 315 Nm of peak torque.

This car comes with lots of features including three rows Air conditioning, front safety guard, but the most disappointing thing is the absence of Anti-Lock braking system. Force One delivers an impressive mileage of 14.0 km per liter in the city while car offers an excellent fuel economy of 17 Km per liter on highways. The engine of the car is mated with five speed manual transmission gearbox which transit powers to all wheels in each shift.

It was affirmed that the 4x4 variant of the SUV comes loaded with ABS technology which also went missing in the 4x2 variant of the car launched in August last year. Force Motors India will offer the 4x4 variant of One SUV by the mid of 2012. It is unfair to leave the talk without chanting about the commercial lineage in the Force blood, Force Motor India will also going to showcase the 16 seater and a 26 seater people carrier at the Auto Expo 2012. Force One price for 4x4 variant is yet to be announced by the company but it will be interesting to see the cost of 4x4 variant, where the introductory price of 4x2 variant is tagged at Rs. 10.65 lakh
