Tata Merlin, more details leaked

After Tata Aria and Vista upgraded version from Tata' stable next number comes for  Safari Merlin which was likely to be launched at the same time when Mahindra launched its highly awaited XUV 500 in India. Tata Safari after its launch in 1998, earned a lot of response from the people, but over some years the sales of the car started declining, and that's why the home grown car maker is coming with refreshed version of Tata Safari under the name Tata Safari Merlin to revamp its sales further, But as for now the all new upcoming car is taking a lot of time to be uncovered and in turn making many car enthusiast to sit unrest till they get succeed in gaining at least some pictures of car, so some spy shots have been taken by fans which are showing a lot of new features adorned in the car. Tata Merlin price is expected to be tagged around Rs 10 lakh and launch is just around the corner.

Tata Merlin review suggest that If have a look on pictures, it is seen that the new Tata Merlin SUV will adorn a new dashboard which is built on wooden trim. Further the steering wheels of the SUV are coming without any control. Besides this 4 AC vents are offered in the car, placing 2 on centre and rest 2 on each side of dash. The glove box is somewhat slanting which in turn offering a large legroom. Well luxury sensation is not coming from dashboard, it means it is very dispersly equipped. Along this a Silver lining is surrounding the HVAC controls and instrument clusters in the car. Lets come to the exteriors of the car which are designed in a better way. Some features like Chrome tipped exhaust, chrome rear impact line, chrome door handles are provided to the car. After seeing all this , the styling ways smell as its sister company Land Rover. As for power train, the Merlin is housed with 2.2-liter DICOR engine as equipped in Land Rover and is capable to churn out 140 BHP of power and 320 Nm of torque.

Well it is also a fact that the all new Tata Merlin adopted many features from its elder sister Tata Aria. The lineaments are surly to be better then its predecessor Tata Safari but with a same platform. According to reports Tata Motors is claiming to have some Technical tests of Merlin which is quite necessary before its launch to be taken place. As nothing more is leaked till now, so better stay tuned for more news which is to be unveiled in near future.
