Pine Mobiles to launch cheap but elegant dual & triple SIM handsets in India


After conquering China and Singapore, Singapore based, Pine Mobiles is all set to launch its operations in Indian mobile market by the end of this month. Pine Mobiles shall hit the northern and north-eastern parts of India including Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Assam.The expansion of Indian mobile handset market is like wildfire these days with so many brands entering it. For instance, there is Olive, Uninor, Paxma, MCC and Videocon. Pine Mobiles has come up with some really cool Dual and Triple SIM handsets in the price range of Rs. 1800 -4000. Pine Bee The Pine Mobiles in their first phase of launch have targeted rural India.It will launch five new handsets viz. KING, EXECUTIVE, A1, BEE and TRIO. All are dual SIM except the Trio, which is a triple SIM handset. All the handsets are equipped with Music player and FM radio,offer up to 7 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time.All the phones have 4GB internal memory, with Trio once again being exceptional getting an 8GB support. Moreover, all the handsets will have preloaded Hindi Panchang as well. Except "The King", all phones have GPRS support for browsing. Palm A1 is enriched with high-resolution 2.2 inches TFT screen. Its key features are memory slot of 8 GB, a 2 megapixel camera,FM recorder, audio player, video recorder and playback. It supports English, Hindi and Assamese language options. The Bee comes with QWERTY keypad, 1500Ah battery, 4GB memory card slot and motion sensor games. It is loaded with Email, Twitter, Facebook, Wap and Quick Chat applications. The Trio is a high-end triple SIM phone crafted in silver and black metallic finish and is equipped with web cam, real music player and expandable memory up to 8 GB. It has a 2.4 inches TFT display and 2 megapixel camera.
