Fiat Linea launch in january at India

After a long spawn of time, Fiat is trying to set up its market in India by launching Fiat Linea. Production of the new car is already started at Ranjangaon manufacturing plant on 21 Nov. "Fiat Linea carry the low price tag in its sedan segment as engine of the car is also manufactured by Fiat." Officials said. Before the Linea, company has launched Fiat Uno, Palio and Siena in Indian car market but these cars was not able to impress the Indian car buyers and now by the launching of this new car Fiat hopes to impress Indian car customers. Fiat is going to launch its two models that would be in petrol and diesel variants. The petrol model of the car is powered by 1.4L engine which produces 100 bhp power while the diesel model is powered by 1.3 multijet VGT disel engine which generates 90 bhp power. Fiat also collaborated with Tata motors to establish Fiat India Automobiles Limited with equal shares of both the companies. The new Fiat Linea will be available at all the Fiat-Tata dealers across the country.
